Thanks to my wife for letting me pick my Christmas gift early and for my buddies (Hillen, Rog and GW) for going with me to get it, 14 hours and 800 miles later.
You are looking at 16 slabs of ribs, 4 briskets, 32 Johnsonville Brats, 1 pork loin and 3 pans of Hillen beans. Thanks to Mark for making the third shelf so we could add the beans and make room for more meat.
